Learning French with... The Gruffalo?

We have another French lesson coming up soon so I have been trying to think of cartoon characters that the girls would enjoy learning french through.  Tonight I was sat with baby next to me and laptop on my knee when she said clear as a bell 'Gruffalo'.  So I went hunting on youtube as one does and eventually stumbled across some french episodes.

I've tried to find as many as I can and this is what I have come up with:

Mouse meeting fox alone

Mouse meeting the gruffalo

Meeting of owl with the gruffalo

The French version of the book is available too, which I hadn't realised and am seriously considering getting.

    1. It was funny when I watched it with Little H tonight. She's 21 months now and she just pulled funny faces at the unfamiliar language. Then, as soon as she heard the word Gruffalo, she smiled and repeated it. They pick up a lot when they're small. I think my older ones will appreciate it more though :)
