It was another super productive day. Honi is loving getting back to her dinosaur project and Naomi's been enjoying it too. Chiara enjoyed having a bit of one on one time with me when she was doing her history and all was possible again because of Harmonie's love for puzzles!
Honi opted to trace the triceratops today - she loved that.
She wrote up about her T rex too and for maths... A game of Dino Dice...
She loved this game so much she played it about 6 times today (well yesterday by the time I get this posted but you know what I mean) and took it to the coffee shop. It is a definite hit. I love that she was demanding to write down all the numbers for the harder game.
Things did get intense as the day went on so, as usual when things get difficult, we left the house and went to town. The girls insisted on going to the coffee shop so who was I to argue. At one point we had Harmonie drawing using my iPad, Chiara on her DS and Naomi, Honi and I playing more Dino Dice - perfect with a coffee.
Then the snow came.

Harmonie loved the snow; she walked down the road, near enough all the way home with her head tilted up and her tongue hanging out trying to catch all the snowflakes on her tongue. Chiara and Naomi managed to find enough snow on a bench to make a snowball and then Honi, comically dived onto the floor of a car park and made a snow angel, well sort of as when she got up she left a smudge and on her cream coat was a smudge of oil. I had to smile at her enthusiasm.
They are all very excited and hoping they will have enough outside to play in the morning.
